APPLICATION INFORMATION:
1. Preliminary Application Forms will be available from the school counselor's office or local MOWW chapter. If necessary, students may prepare their own form using the outline found on this page. Each student shall complete and submit a Preliminary Application Form to the school counselor or other designated person. The application shall be forwarded to the Registrar, Northwest Youth Leadership Conference, not later than May 15th. 3. If selected for the conference, the student will receive formal application and parental permission forms from the Registrar in the mail. These forms must be completed in their entirity and submitted to the sponsoring MOWW chapter representative or designated person not later than June 1st. Any student who has a health problem such as a physical disability, alergy or other problem must make that known during the application process. This is for the benefit of the student should an emergency occur during the conference. Coordinaton should be made with the Registrar concerning any aspect of student health and safety before the conference begins.
4. Students approved to attend will receive packets from the Registrar or other designated person containing conference and travel instructions. Dressy clothes should be brought to the conference for wear at the opening and closing banquets
